What's up with the different prices? Do you know if it's legal?
Fanshioneva provides an online marketplace for independent sellers to sell their products. The sellers determine the prices, and Fanshioneva does not interfere with them. Different sellers may sell the same product at different prices. Fanshioneva is a marketplace platform that complies with all legal requirements for onboarding multiple sellers.
How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partners. You would see an option to cancel within the 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website, then select the item or order you want to cancel. If you cannot cancel the order from the My the Orders section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the source account if the order amount was paid online.
My request for a return has been declined. Why is this?
You may have experienced this if you returned an item that was used, damaged, or missing the original tags. If the return request is declined, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and Fanshioneva assumes no liability in this regard. Our customer service department can provide you with more information.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy. The customer can return a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing part / incomplete product. In case of damaged product, the customer should inform the assigned courier company and Ubuy within 3 days of the delivery.
Is there a way to get my order delivered faster?
The order delivery service we offer is not available at this time. You will receive communication if we offer such a service in the future and your area pin code is serviceable.
What is account recovery on Fanshioneva?
Account recovery is the process of getting access to your Fanshioneva account in case you have changed or lost your mobile number. This can be done by entering an OTP sent to an alternate phone number.
