Cancellation / Refund Policy

We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 7 days of your purchase. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Original packaging is also required.

• Our return policy requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
• Refunds are sometimes only partial in certain situations.
• Items that aren't in their original condition are damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control.

Exchanges

Items can only be replaced if they are defective, damaged, or received in error. To exchange the product, you need to ensure that it is in unused condition and that the original label is intact. For further assistance, we will need to see an unboxing video. Email us at nadafshopping78@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Shipping

Exchanged products may arrive at a different time, depending on where you live. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when shipping an item. It is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
