Cancellation / Refund Policy

We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 7 days of your purchase. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Original packaging is also required.

  • Our return policy requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Items can only be replaced if they are defective, damaged, or received in error. To exchange the product, you need to ensure that it is in unused condition and that the original label is intact.
