Any damage or defect must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the products. Transit damages must be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. You may be asked to provide images of the product and the packaging. The defective/damaged product will be replaced with a brand new one at no extra cost once we agree to replace it.

Fanshioneva will make an effort to substitute the particular item ordered. If the manufacturer discontinues the product or the product is out of stock, the company has the right to propose a substitute.

Only production flaws and transit problems qualify for the replacement warranty. Damages from regular wear and tear, customer negligence, or digital content like e-books are not returnable.

Changes and Cancellation

The order information will be updated to approve orders with any item additions, quantity adjustments, or specification modifications. However, before the order is dispatched, you may cancel an item or reduce the number purchased.
